MK Dalton is a passionate storyteller and mother of four adult children, now relishing the joys of being a grandmother to two. Growing up in a large and lively blended family of fifteen siblings, MK learned to appreciate the value of connection, fun, and creativity early on—a love she still shares with her siblings today.

Inspired by the beauty of the outdoors, MK enjoys working with her hands, whether building intricate wood and metal projects or exploring new ways to bring her imaginative ideas to life. While reading fiction has always been a cherished pastime, it wasn’t until her late 40s that MK found writing to be the perfect outlet for her boundless creativity.

Family remains at the heart of MK’s world, and the memories and moments shared with loved ones continue to inspire her stories. Life as a mother and grandmother has been her greatest adventure, and she’s eager to share the many tales that have lived in her imagination.
